By availing of this service and submitting your personal information you are allowing ACOSERVE, INC. (“the Company”), all of its affiliates, its merchant partners, and other third parties concerned to collect, store and process your data for the purpose of processing your transactions and for present and future reference (e.g., customer support purposes and after-Sales Customer Service, etc.)

The Company collect, process and store personal data about you when you avail of their products and services, including its websites and mobile applications, participate in their events, or enter into any contract provided that you have given your express consent if and when necessary.

ACOSERVE, INC., collects information you provide directly, such as when you attend or participate in any of its events, respond to a survey, register, create or modify your accounts in any of its websites and/or mobile applications, contact customer support, enter into any contract or otherwise communicate or interact with the Company.

 

Personal Data means any information, whether recorded in material form or not, from which the identity of the individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual.

The Company may share personal data between and among the entities comprising the same to enable them to provide you personalized Services. The Company may also share personal data with vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on its behalf. If and when it becomes necessary, a data sharing agreement shall cover any sharing of data between and among the Company and/or its vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers. The Company may also share information in accordance with any order from any relevant government agency as provided by law.

 

STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company’s processes and transmits personal data only within the Philippines. The Company shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations should it transfer the storage and/or processing thereof outside the country.

 

Personal information shall be retained following the inactivity of the account, if retention is reasonably necessary:

The Company also uses regular Malware Scanning.
